The role: Senior Sales

· Technical financial services telephone sales

· Working in a fast paced, customer focused, target driven sales environment

· Speaking to pre-qualified customers and carefully explaining options and services with regards to their individual circumstances

· Identifying opportunities for sales and effectively promoting key features of the business to secure sales

· Maintaining follow up procedures to new clients correctly and in a timely manner under minimal supervision

· You will be expected to demonstrate the ability to adjust the scripted pitches to meet the needs of individual client requirements whilst taking a proactive approach to DPA and FCA guidelines.

· To meet and deliver personal and team targets to ensure delivery of results and to exceed business expectations

The package

· Competitive salary of £28,400 basic (£30,300pa including 1 Saturday per month at 1.5x overtime) with on target earnings of circa £40,000

· Uncapped bonus

· Core hours will be 40 hours per week with 2 shift patterns: 3 early shifts 9am to 5.30pm and 2 late shifts: 11am to 8pm (late shifts worked from home) and Saturday – 9.00am to 5.30pm (late shifts and Saturday shifts are worked from home – full technology support provided.

The person

· 18 months minimum proven tele-sales experience with excellent track record in an office environment

· Team player

· Self-motivated and professional

· Possess first-rate interpersonal skills

· Possess excellent oral communication and listening skills

· Possess a desire to always offer the highest standard of customer focus

· GCSE level qualification essential
