As we continue to expand our digital presence and enhance our trading ecosystem, we are seeking an experienced Web Designer to elevate the ATC Brokers brand across all online touchpoints.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Web Designer with a strong background in designing for financial services, specifically, FX/CFD brokerages. You will be responsible for refreshing and maintaining the ATC Brokers website, crafting modern and intuitive UI components, and ensuring all digital interfaces reflect our brand's premium look and feel. Your work will support multiple technology products and portals, ensuring visual consistency across the entire client journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Redesign and maintain the ATC Brokers website to align with our evolving brand identity.
  • Create clean, modern, and responsive UI/UX designs for websites, trading platforms, client portals, and trading-related interfaces.
  • Develop design systems and style guides to ensure alignment across all digital products.
  • Work closely with developers, product teams, and marketing to deliver the perfect implementations.
  • Optimise user flows for clarity, performance, and engagement, especially within financial trading environments.
  • Conduct competitor and industry research to maintain a cutting edge visual presence.
  • Ensure all designs are compliant with brokerage industry standards and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing for FX/CFD brokers or fintech companies (mandatory).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing responsive website design, UI systems, and fintech-related product interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools.
  • A solid understanding of UX principles and best practices for financial services.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for brand consistency.
  • Experience working with developers to bring designs to production-ready implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5, TradingView, proprietary systems).
  • Experience designing website, dashboards, client areas and account management systems.
  • Understanding of SEO-friendly web design principles.
