Plumber Improver – Stoke-on-Trent & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £33,500 per annum

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Plumber Improver to join our growing team working across Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.

You'll be working alongside our Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installation team, assisting with a range of plumbing and heating tasks — including soldering, installing radiators, and supporting system upgrades in domestic properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the installation of Air Source Heat Pump systems
  • Soldering, pipework, and radiator installations
  • Supporting qualified engineers on-site
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous manner with customers

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Plumber Improver, Plumbing Mate, or similar role
  • Strong skills in soldering and radiator installation
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from senior engineers
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (desirable, not essential)
