Donington, Lincolnshire (commutable from Spalding, Boston, Grantham, Peterborough)
Salary:

The Opportunity
As Marketing Manager, you'll drive growth and lead generation through creative, data-driven marketing. You'll lead a small team and work closely with sales and operations to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels including digital, SEO, PR, events and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to business goals.
• Lead and inspire your team to execute effective multi-channel campaigns.
• Create high-quality content – blogs, PR, social media, brochures and newsletters.
• Manage CRM and automation systems to track and nurture leads.
• Oversee external agencies for web, SEO, Google Ads, and creative projects.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise for ROI.
• Represent the brand at trade events and manage press relations.
• Ensure brand consistency, visual excellence, and a strong customer message.
About You
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing management role.
• Degree in Marketing or related discipline (CIM Diploma desirable).
• Proven success in both digital and traditional marketing, brand growth, and lead generation.
• Skilled in CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and marketing automation.
• Strong communicator with the confidence to influence stakeholders.
• Experienced in managing teams, agencies and budgets.
• Sector knowledge of security, construction or technology is advantageous.
