Global Revenue Assurance Establishment Lead

Global, Full-time, Permanent.

Location:
United Kingdom (Kingston)/Netherlands Office 2 times per week

*JOB PURPOSE:*
Provide strategic executive leadership to manage and execute the commercial migration, with guaranteeing seamless business operations and actively preserving customer relationships throughout the transition period.

The position, integrated within the Go-to-Market Establishment workstream, should bring a comprehensive visibility into the project's full scope and status.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

  • Develop, document, and agree upon a business continuity plan to address unforeseen issues impacting the go-live schedule.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between CD, IT, Finance, and Logistics teams to drive alignment and ensure all internal dependencies are met before migration.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the customer onboarding process and propose/implement solutions to enhance efficiency and the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain clear, proactive, and timely communication with customers and internal teams regarding migration status and next steps.
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key customer contacts, acting as a trusted subject matter expert throughout the transition.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude when managing project changes, tight deadlines, and unexpected technical or commercial challenges.
  • Secure and manage necessary customer agreements (e.g., vendor numbers, contracts) to enable seamless transactional capabilities.
  • Analyze the commercial and operational impact of migration changes and clearly communicate implications to senior management.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of migration processes and ensure relevant teams are trained in new systems or procedures.

*WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:*

  • Demonstrate the speed, agility, and decisiveness required to navigate high-stakes project complexity and ambiguity.
  • Proven success in influencing executive-level internal and external partners to achieve critical commercial and system-readiness milestones.
  • The fortitude to lead through intense periods of change, proactively identifying and resolving systemic barriers that threaten the project timeline or customer relationships.

*SKILLS, EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:*

  • 15+ years of progressive commercial and operational experience within the CD (multinational experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and completing major system/business transformation
  • Expert-level commercial acumen and deep P&L understanding, specifically managing the financial implications of commercial agreements

*LEADERSHIP:*

  • Leads the complex, cross-functional organizational change required by the migration. Removes high-level structural barriers and resolves conflicts between senior leaders to ensure alignment on the customer proposition.
  • Acts as the executive escalation point for critical customer communication and contractual negotiations. Manages relationships with the most senior external partners
  • Defines the end-state vision for the new customer operating model and ensures all strategic decisions
