Startup Marketing Program Manager

We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to deliver bar raising experiences to startups across EMEA. This role will oversee complex marketing programs, including both AWS-owned and third-party events, with a focus on scaling our presence across key markets. This role will also align closely with counterparts in global marketing, business development, solution architecture and partner teams to lead seller engagement, internal lead interlocks, process improvement, and execution of coordinated go-to-market strategies and sales plays.
You will be at the heart of latest trends like artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), serverless and IoT. Your customers leverage state-of-the-art technologies on AWS to innovate and become the next disrupters, like today's Loveable, Airbnb Slack, DoorDash, and Lyft. You are passionate about startups, a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, execute against ambitious goals, and consistently embrace the Amazon Culture.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps for program delivery
- Lead the delivery of first-party and third-party events
- Drive program efficiency through standardized processes and best practices
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders, including external vendors and internal teams
- Execute on account based marketing strategies

Basic Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience in managing first-party or third-party events
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
