Collaboration is a key aspect of this role. You will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and other support staff to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting SEN students. This includes contributing to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans, attending regular meetings to discuss student progress, and sharing observations and insights with colleagues.

In addition to academic support, you will play a crucial role in promoting the social and emotional well-being of students.
