The Programmes team is at the heart of One Young World's work to identify the world's most impactful young leaders. We work with global businesses, governments, and the third sector to develop and deliver programmes which provide access to the annual One Young World Summit, as well as support youth led initiatives through funding, networking and mentorship opportunities.
The Community team is responsible for the experience, development, and support of young leaders after they attend the Summit, connecting them to a network of other One Young World Ambassadors, and designing and curating a wide range of exclusive opportunities and events to accelerate their impact.
In addition, the division leads One Young World's monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning. We report on the impact and success of One Young World's core programmes, as well as the social impact initiatives led by young leaders in the community.
Together, this division oversees a young leader's full experience with One Young World, from scouting and selecting them for a specific opportunity, designing and delivering their respective programme, providing ongoing support before and after the One Young World Summit, and monitoring and promoting the impact they go on to create.
