We're on a mission to drive the transition to a zero-carbon world, and we need a tenacious Commercial Sales Executive to generate new business and help more organisations embrace electric vehicle charging and renewable energy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively generating new sales opportunities through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic prospecting.
  • Identifying and qualifying commercial leads for EV charging solutions.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, including discovery, survey coordination, quotation preparation, solution presentation, and handover to our Projects team.
  • Collaborating with Project Engineers to create tailored quotes and technical proposals.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records for all outbound/inbound activity, calls, emails, meetings, and pipeline progress.
  • Producing weekly and monthly reports to track sales activity, pipeline status, forecast accuracy, and wins/losses.
  • Supporting the Projects team post-sale to ensure a smooth and successful installation.

Salary - £27,000 base salary with on-target commission earnings of £20,000 per annum. Plus, commission is uncapped, so the earning potential is limitless

Annual leave -Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service. Of course, you'll have public holidays too and an extra day's leave to celebrate your birthday

Pension - Employer contributions of 5%.

About you

  • Proven success in outbound B2B or B2C sales roles with full-cycle ownership.
  • Confident on the phone and skilled at creating new opportunities from scratch.
  • Driven by results, motivated by targets, and excited by success.
  • Excellent communicator, relationship builder and are able to persuade and close with confidence.
  • Highly organised, tech-savvy, and capable of juggling multiple deals and deadlines.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems to manage your pipeline. Previous experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be advantageous.
  • Experience in the EV charging, solar, or wider renewable energy sector is a big plus.
