Salary: £25,397 per annum + service charge

The Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel, part of Red Carnation Hotels, is a four-star boutique hotel in the heart of exclusive Mayfair. Some of its features include 107 bedrooms as well as seven different event spaces, a Butler's Restaurant, a Terrace Bar, Stanley's Rooftop Bar, and a Conservatory, where we offer our guests a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and exquisite food and drink.
Key Responsibilities of a Host / Hostess:
- Greet guests with a friendly smile, providing accurate wait times and escorting them to the dining areas.
- Answer telephone calls and email inquiries in accordance with company standards.
- Promote and upsell all Food & Beverage outlets to guests.
- Complete administrative tasks as needed.

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury or fine dining environment.
- A genuine smile, excellent communication skills, and a professional, approachable demeaner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A team player who can also work independently when needed.
