We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Production team here at Saga as a Product Analyst. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the accurate setup, maintenance, and costing of all travel products within our TigerBay system. You'll play a key part in maintaining data integrity, streamlining processes, and supporting the ongoing development and improvement of our systems.

This is a hands-on, data-focused position, ideal for someone who enjoys working with spreadsheets, manipulating data, and ensuring accuracy in every detail. You'll work collaboratively across departments, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure product information is clear, complete, and correctly reflected in our systems. If you have a strong eye for detail, enjoy problem-solving, and can pick up new systems quickly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

  • This role requires you to be working from our Folkestone office a minimum of 3 times a week. We have designated office space for colleagues in our Travel business, allowing us to collaborate and share success as a function.

  • Liaise with Ground and Air Purchasing/Contracting teams to ensure all product information is complete and fit for purpose.
  • Maintain and update product details in line with production schedules and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Investigate and resolve product setup or costing issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Revenue Management teams to ensure packages, promotions, and costings are correctly loaded and up to date.
  • Create and amend itineraries and packages as required, ensuring changes are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Support communication and collaboration across teams, assisting with queries and promoting strong working relationships.
  • Contribute to ongoing system and process improvement projects.

  • Prior experience working with Excel, confident in handling and manipulating data.
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A problem-solver with strong commercial awareness and a proactive, creative mindset.
  • Comfortable working with detailed product or contract data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • An excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships across teams.
  • Used to working in a fast-paced operational environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiar with air and land contracts and related terminology (advantageous but not essential).
  • Experience in a similar data entry, loading, or travel administration role would be preferable.
