The Role

We're looking for Night Team Leader to join our team at Anam Cara in Friesthorpe, Lincoln

As a Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in children with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include;

• Support and motivate a team

• Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.

• Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.

Pay & Progression

We offer clear progression through our competency framework, helping you develop your skills and increase your pay as you grow; Level 1: £14.24 Level 2: £15.23 Level 3: £16.30

About You

Your Qualities:

• Experience in care is welcome but not essential - full training provided.
