Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation and meal assembly in accordance with established recipes and standards
  • Support catering events by preparing ingredients and setting up serving areas
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment to ensure food safety compliance
  • Help with the organisation and storage of ingredients and supplies
  • Serve food to guests or customers as directed by senior staff
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of food products
  • Support the team during busy periods by performing various kitchen duties as required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
