Hours: 08:0018:00 |Weekends rota basis, Saturday 09:00-17:00 and Sunday 10:00-16:00

What Youll Be Doing:

As a Transaction Manager, youll play a key role in our Sales Department by:

  • Leading a small team and developing Sales Consultants.
  • Driving finance and insurance sales to maximise profitability.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
  • Providing training to keep the sales team up to speed on financial products.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance customer experience.

What Were Looking For:

Were looking for someone with a track record of success in automotive sales who can bring confidence, energy and professionalism to our showroom. This person will:

  • Proven sales experience in the motor industry.
  • Strong knowledge of finance & insurance products (F&I, MBI, vehicle valuation).
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Solid administration & IT skills to support key processes.
