As a Customer Service Representative at Styles Precision Prospecting Limited, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for delivering top-notch customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to our valued customers, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues they may have. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, detail-oriented, and has a positive attitude to represent our company and leave a lasting impression on our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and provide accurate and timely resolutions to their concerns.
- Maintain and update customer accounts with accurate information and notes of interactions.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and other departments within the company to ensure smooth and efficient communication.
- Handle complaints and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Provide exceptional service by actively listening to customers' needs and finding appropriate solutions.
- Process sales and service orders accurately and efficiently.
- Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Keep track of customer feedback and report any trends or recurring issues to management.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting and assisting colleagues when needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using customer service software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Experience in the retail industry is an asset.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
