design firm creates exceptional residential and hospitality interiors across the UK and overseas, and they're looking for a Procurement & Furniture Logistics Coordinator to keep every detail running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Your Role
• Manage purchasing and logistics for all FF&E and bespoke items
• Liaise with suppliers, workshops, and shipping partners
• Track production, deliveries, and installations for global projects
• Support designers with samples, quotations, and stock info
• Oversee procurement for both project and retail channels
What You'll Need
• 3+ years' experience in procurement, logistics, or FF&E coordination
• Strong admin and communication skills
• Proficiency in Estimac, Excel, and Shopify (or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and suppliers
• Passion for high-quality craftsmanship and timeless design
