Asbestos Surveyor

Asbestos Audit Ltd are looking to appoint an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to carry out all types of asbestos consultancy work. These works involve carrying out asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys and conducting air monitoring and four stage clearances.

Asbestos Audit Ltd have recently secured long term work within the north east and across the UK, with the right candidate there is scope to move into a project management role.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out all types of asbestos surveys
• Conducting on site air monitoring
• Carrying out four stage clearances
• Reviewing in house and Licensed Asbestos Removal contractors RAMS, Plans of works and ASB5's
• Working closely with the operations and technical department to complete works on time, to budget and to a high standard

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication and surveying skills
• BOHS P402,BOHS P403 and BOHS P404
• Full clean drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £31,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
