What you would do as our Customer Service Representative
As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a central role in delivering an exceptional service experience to our customers. You'll be responsible for managing a defined geographical customer base, working closely with the Area Sales Manager and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and account stability. This exciting opportunity will focus on delivering market-leading customer intimacy to drive loyalty and business growth.
You would also:
• Efficiently manage customer accounts, process orders and ensure timely release to the warehouse.
• Provide professional and prompt responses to customer queries and communications.
• Support sales growth by nurturing existing accounts and handling new leads.
• Contribute to strategic planning through participation in monthly customer service meetings.
• Collaborate across departments and monitor buying trends to strengthen relationships and reduce churn.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
• Is sales-focused and results-driven, with a proactive mindset and strong KPI achievement.
• Is an excellent communicator with confident telephone skills and relationship-building ability.
• Is highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Is commercially aware and has a understanding of pricing and stock.
• Is confident using Microsoft Office, Navision, CRM, and phone systems.
