Technical Operations Consultant

The Hague, The Netherlands | Hybrid (1 day remote)

€52,000–€65,000 + bonus

About the role

We're looking for ambitious graduates with a technical mindset and strong communication skills to join our team as Technical Operations Consultants. You'll work at the intersection of technology and customer success, helping enterprise clients optimise their systems, resolve issues, and deliver data-driven improvements.

This is not a coding role, but you'll apply problem-solving, analytical thinking, and technical curiosity every day. You'll be part of a collaborative, international environment where continuous learning, teamwork, and initiative are valued.

What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve client-facing technical issues using logical analysis and creative problem-solving.
  • Learn and support cloud-based enterprise software solutions.
  • Liaise directly with customers, translating complex technical concepts into simple, actionable insights.
  • Manage and prioritise multiple requests, ensuring a first-class support experience.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to deliver lasting solutions.

What we're looking for;

A STEM or technical degree (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science).

Excellent communication skills Fluent in Dutch and German ( English Japanese or Spanish would be advantageous but not essential.)

Evidence of customer-facing experience — whether through retail, hospitality, or service work.

Strong logical reasoning and an eagerness to learn new systems quickly.

A proactive, adaptable, and positive approach to problem-solving.
