The Role:

Seeking a seasoned
Senior Marine Underwriter
with a proven track record in the Marine insurance market. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing MGA and play a key role in shaping their underwriting strategy, broker relationships, and portfolio development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Underwrite marine risks in line with company guidelines and appetite.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and other market stakeholders.
  • Support the growth of the marine portfolio through strategic insights and market intelligence.

What They're Looking For:

  • Minimum 10 years of Marine underwriting experience.
  • Strong broker network and market presence.
  • Deep understanding of Marine insurance products and risk assessment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
