Role OverviewIn this role, you'll play a central part in driving commercial efficiency and operational excellence across our revenue teams. You'll focus on ensuring accurate data, smooth handovers, and effective processes rather than deep technical system administration. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Legal to make sure daily operations run smoothly and that processes continuously improve.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate data and support data hygiene across related revenue systems.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements, supporting cross-team processes.
Maintain territory alignment and support territory planning with Sales leadership.
Support revenue teams in following pricing, discounting, and contract governance policies.
Define and improve handover processes between revenue teams.
Assist with onboarding, training, and basic support for key systems.
Handle operational tasks that improve efficiency, including use of tools like Ringlead, ZoomInfo, and Trumpet.
2+ years of experience in b2b Sales, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations with a focus on stakeholder management and process improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Understanding of SaaS business models.
