Job Summary
In this role you'll be assisting in the delivery of impactful messaging across the programme, playing a vital part in enhancing the experience for both staff and residents.
Your main responsibilities will be:
· Supporting the development and implementation of change management plans.
· Developing communication materials and presentations.
· Engaging with stakeholders.
· Supporting the implementation of new ways of working.
· Monitoring and reporting on change progress and effectiveness.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have applied experience in most of the following areas:
- Experience supporting change and communications projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively.
- Understanding of change management methodologies.
- A relevant qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent relevant experience).
On a personal level you are highly organised and results orientated individual. Able to effortlessly engage others, building trust and rapport. Thrive working in an agile way, foreseeing potential issues and creatively navigating barriers to delivery.
