At Lineage, we play a vital role in feeding the world. As the world's largest temperature-controlled logistics company, we are dedicated to innovating supply chains, protecting product integrity, and consistently raising safety and quality standards across our global network. Our QHSSE team is essential in ensuring we uphold our commitments to people, customers, regulators, and the environment.

We are looking for a hands-on Compliance Coordinator to help make sure our sites follow all Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSE) rules and standards. You will support daily compliance activities, help improve safety and quality, and work closely with different teams to maintain a strong QHSSE culture.

Salary: Competitive starting salary.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational QHSSE Support

  • Apply Lineage's SIS safety standards, support annual safety audits, and assist with safety training and communication.
  • Report, investigate, and track incidents, suggesting corrective actions and improvements.
  • Carry out basic task risk assessments and support legal risk assessments.
  • Support safe execution of engineering projects and Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements.
  • Support compliance with security regulations (AEO/ISPS), help manage access control, CCTV and emergency procedures, and assist with security audits.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permit requirements, and chemical storage/handling processes.

Compliance, Improvement & Collaboration

  • Collect, review, and present QHSSE data, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Stay updated on changing legislation and industry requirements and communicate relevant updates to the team.
  • Support regional QHSSE projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and standardisation efforts.
  • Work closely with Operations, HR, BD, Procurement and other functions to align QHSSE activities with business needs.
  • Support the Regional QHSSE Manager during audits, customer visits, and regulatory inspections.

Requirements

  • Experience in cold-store operations (temperatures of around -18 degrees) or QHSSE roles.
  • Good understanding of HSE laws (local & EU) and cold-store processes.
  • Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Customer-focused and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.

Key Skills

  • Clear communication.
  • Teamwork.
  • Customer mindset.

  • Awareness of organisational needs.

What's in it for me?

  • A permanent opportunity with a direct employer; we will not employ you through an agency.
  • Opportunity to develop a career within an industry leading global company.
  • Opportunity to earn an additional day of annual leave each year, up to the maximum of one extra week.
  • Free onsite car park.
  • Support your emotional well-being with access to a 24/7 employee assistance phone line offering confidential free counselling and advice.
  • Preferential rates for loans and savings offered through exclusive access to a credit union.
