About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Manufacturing Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about solving complex manufacturing challenges. You will play a key role in understanding the context of our ongoing and upcoming projects, helping shape the roadmap to resolve outstanding issues, and ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Context & Challenge Analysis:
Develop a deep understanding of the technical and operational context of manufacturing projects, including current challenges, constraints, and opportunities for improvement. - Roadmap Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project plans and roadmaps that address outstanding issues and align with strategic objectives. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Maintain strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely updates throughout the project lifecycle. - Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing operations. - Technical Support:
Provide engineering expertise and support across various stages of project execution, from concept through to implementation and review.
