We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Lead Supervisor to drive the on-site delivery of a significant refurbishment project in Kent. This isn't just another role; it's a chance to shape the transformation of a 32,000 m2 manufacturing facility, starting mid-August.

Working directly for one of the leading consultants in the region, you'll take the lead in the enabling works: the installation of a new substation and the creation of extensive car parking facilities. Following this, you'll lead the delivery on the main construction phases, ensuring every detail aligns with NEC contract standards and an unwavering commitment to safety and quality.

The project runs until December 2027, followed by a 12-month defects period, offering substantial longevity and the opportunity to see your efforts through to completion. While you'll be the primary point of contact on site, you'll be supported by client-provided specialist supervisors (MEP, structures, etc.) who will join at critical stages.

We need someone with a demonstrable history of successfully supervising large-scale refurbishment or construction projects. Given the nature of the work, BPSS security clearance is ideal, but arrangements can be made to facilitate this for the right individual.
