Talent Acquisition Specialist
to support recruitment efforts across Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. This is your chance to shape the future of recruitment in a fast-paced, international environment, while building connections across cultures and borders.
What You'll Do:
- Source Top Talent:
Use your creative and tech-savvy approach to source the best candidates across multiple countries. Whether it's through local job boards, social media, or recruitment platforms, you'll be the key to connecting with exceptional professionals. - Navigate Local Markets:
From the bustling tech scene in Poland to the forward-thinking workplaces in Sweden and Denmark, you'll tap into diverse talent pools and adapt recruitment strategies to fit the unique needs of each country. - Build Relationships:
Develop strong networks with universities, local agencies, and industry leaders. Be the face of our company in each country, fostering relationships and promoting our employer brand. - Compliance & Market Insights:
Ensure all recruitment efforts comply with local laws, while staying on top of trends in each region's job market. You'll be the expert in labour laws, salary expectations, and talent trends in every country you recruit for. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers across borders to understand their unique needs and deliver customised recruitment solutions. - Offer Negotiation & Brand Building:
Create enticing offers for candidates while strengthening our employer brand. Your negotiation skills will ensure we attract the best talent, while maintaining a competitive edge in each region.

Fluency in English is essential, but additional language skills (Danish, Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian) will set you apart and help you build deeper connections in the local markets. - Expert Knowledge of Local Labor Laws:
