Are you ready to kickstart your marketing career and gain hands-on experience in a business that's transforming lives every single day? At apetito, we're looking for a passionate, creative, and curious Marketing Undergraduate to join our dynamic team for a 12-month placement.

This is a unique opportunity to work on meaningful projects that impact thousands of customers across the UK — from care homes and hospitals to education settings. You'll play a key role in planning, delivering, and analysing digital campaigns, gaining experience in HubSpot, email marketing and campaign asset creation.

No two days are the same. You might be…

• Designing and delivering email campaigns that reach thousands of customers.

• Working with HubSpot to automate customer journeys and track campaign performance.

• Helping shape new marketing initiatives that drive growth, engagement, and retention.

• Supporting our commercial marketing team at tasting events, exhibitions and photoshoots.

You'll be joining a friendly, supportive, and experienced marketing team who'll help you grow your skills, challenge your ideas, and make a real impact from day one.

£24,570 per annum + Bonus + Benefits

As a Marketing Undergraduate at apetito, you'll play an active role in delivering impactful, insight-led marketing campaigns that make a real difference.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Campaign Management:

  Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

• Digital Marketing & HubSpot:

  Assist in managing HubSpot workflows, automation, and digital campaigns to enhance customer communication and retention.

• Email Marketing:

  Build, test, and schedule email campaigns, tracking performance to continuously improve engagement.

• Creative Design Support:

  Help produce marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Event Support:

  Contribute to the organisation and delivery of internal and external events, exhibitions, and customer activities.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with internal teams to deliver projects that align with apetito's brand and purpose.

We're looking for someone who's curious, creative, and motivated to learn.

Essential:

• Studying for a degree in Marketing, or a related subject, and on-target to achieve at least a 2:1.

• Confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A proactive, can-do attitude and great attention to detail.

• A genuine interest in digital marketing, CRM, and campaign management.

• A driving license.

Desirable:

• Experience or interest in HubSpot, email marketing, or marketing automation.

• Some familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.

• An interest in food, sustainability, or purpose-led marketing.
