Are you ready to drive digital innovation at Lancashire County Council?

We're seeking a proactive and analytical Digital Innovation Business Analyst to identify and deliver opportunities for digital transformation that support continuous improvement across the Council.

As a Digital Innovation Business Analyst you will:

  • Collaborate with senior business and digital stakeholders to identify and shape opportunities for digital innovation.
  • Develop business cases and support early planning for new digital capabilities, ensuring alignment with technical strategy.
  • Lead analysis and delivery of proof of concepts and pilot projects, focusing on practical business deployment of new technology.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architecture and other teams to ensure seamless integration and successful outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant professional qualification or degree, with substantial experience in business analysis or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in developing business cases, overseeing pilot projects, and working with senior stakeholders to adopt new technologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and drive change.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of digital innovation in service delivery.
