We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead marketing initiatives that drive footfall, increase sales, and strengthen our brand presence across our retail estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support retail sales and seasonal promotions.
  • Manage in-store point-of-sale materials and ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver engaging content across digital and print channels.
  • Deliver and manage internal communication to our shops in relation to our marketing campaigns and POS
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Oversee local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities.

You'll have a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns, ideally within a fast-paced retail environment. The right candidate will be highly organised, commercially minded, and confident in using data to inform decisions. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential, as you'll play a key role in shaping how our brand connects with customers.
