Job Summary

Do you love cooking wholesome meals and want to make a meaningful impact on children's lives? Juniors Day Nursery in Tunbridge Wells, part of Happy Days Nurseries Group, is seeking a passionate Nursery Cook to join our warm and welcoming team.

We pride ourselves on serving fresh, nutritious meals that support healthy growth and development for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Your Role

As our Nursery Cook, you'll be the heart of our kitchen, responsible for:

• Planning and preparing daily meals and snacks using fresh, natural ingredients
• Catering for allergies and dietary needs with care and creativity
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
• Managing kitchen stock and supplies efficiently
• Creating a positive, calm mealtime experience for children and staff

What We're Looking For

• Experience in catering, ideally in a nursery or educational setting
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum)
• A love for cooking and a genuine interest in children's wellbeing
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
• Friendly, approachable, and a great team player
