We are currently recruiting Home Care Assistants/Community Care Workers across East Belfast. We have morning, afternoon and evening rotas available across the city. Full bespoke training will be provided for this role. You must, however, hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of a vehicle.

We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas.

Our mornings are 07:00 - 14:30, afternoons 15:00 - 18:30 and evening rotas are from 19:00 - 23:00

Any or all of these rotas may be worked. The evening rotas especially suit busy mums with no childcare through the day and students.

Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate

We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

We also have overnight rotas from 23:00 - 07:00

No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided

Essential

  • Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to promote and deliver person centered care
  • Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
  • Be well organised/professional/caring
  • Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
  • Care about the community they live in

Desirable

  • QCF level 3 in H & SC
  • Previous paid caring experience
