Location: South East England / Greater London
The EcoGlow Group Ltd – a fast-growing net-zero renewables company – is looking for a skilled, reliable Builder to join our expanding team.
Role Overview:
You'll work alongside our Heating Engineers and Electricians on residential retrofit and renewable energy upgrade projects. This is a practical, hands-on role with a strong emphasis on teamwork, flexibility, and site-based efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Heating Engineers & Electricians during installations
- Perform general building and property repair tasks
- Joinery and timber-based works (e.g. boxing in, repairs)
- Internal plastering and patchwork
- Painting and decorating (internal & external)
- Small-scale roofing repairs and access works
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised workspaces on-site
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in domestic building/retrofit work
- Multiskilled: joinery, plastering, painting, basic roofing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence (Essential)
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- CSCS Card preferred but not essential
What We Offer:
