Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires effective communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

  • Perform cleaning tasks in designated area The entrance & communal staircase.
  • Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any concerns or requests.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
  • Ability to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
