Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our vibrant team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting beverages that delight our guests while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
  • Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a high level of service.
  • Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary.
  • Demonstrate basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions and manage tabs.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail recipes to enhance the drink menu.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a mixology or bartending role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, demonstrating outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • A passion for mixology and an eagerness to learn new techniques and recipes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour
