  • Responsible for budget and associated physical resources of a service(s)/specialities.
  • Responsible for the performance, quality and workforce of a service(s)/specialities
  • Responsible for the recruitment, line management of the Deputy Service Managers
  • Responsible for Deputy Service Manager's appraisal, staff development and performance
  • Responsible for implementing service development within a service(s)/specialities.
  • Operates with some independence, manages a service, operates using organisational policies.
