We are currently looking for an Operational Risk Analyst to join our Operational Risk team on a full time, permanent basis. This is your chance to develop your career in an exciting environment where anything is possible. Are you ready to grow your career with us?

Your new role
Reporting directly to our Operational Risk Manager, you'll assist in maintaining the Group and EO Frameworks for documentation and risk management, to ensure that they remain compliant with relevant legislation (eg, Solvency II and Lloyd's Minimum Standards), Group direction and operational needs.
Other responsibilities:
- Help to maintain the target operating model
- Participate in the annual planning of activities and objectives settings
- Identify, track and monitor business areas as they produce or update required Solvency II and Key Operational documents, escalating as appropriate
- Coordinate Risk Management Self-Assessment processes with key stakeholders
- Assist with identification and resolution of Incidents and Issues within Operations
- Assist with reviewing and maintaining key data, MI and performance indicators for documentation and risk management
- As part of the team, define and articulate procedures and standards to internal customers and team members
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, motivation, and collaboration with those engaged in the process. Supports others in the team to assist in the achievement of their objectives and personal development.
About You
You'll be able to quickly develop working relationships with your business partners to understand the impact of changes and factor this into future communications, problem solving and maintenance activities across documentation and risk management.
You'll engage and communicate effectively with internal customers at all levels, in order to conduct reviews, undertake challenge, deliver changes and provide reports.
Other skills you'll need:
- Experience using Microsoft Soft Office Suite, and Microsoft Soft Visio
- Organizational, planning and time management skills
- Ability to bring shape to ambiguous or poorly defined situations
- Influencing and persuading skills with the ability to constructively challenge, whilst maintaining positive and professional relationship
- Quality accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to balance requirements with the need for the business to operate efficiently
