About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Community Care Assistant to join our team, helping people live independently in their own homes.

As a senior member of our care team, you'll provide hands-on care, support colleagues, and ensure the highest standards of service.

Due to the personal care nature of this role and at clients' request, this position is open to female applicants only.

About You

  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
  • Experience in domiciliary/community care at senior level preferred.
  • Kind, patient, and confident communicator.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential).
  • Flexible for various shifts including every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support in clients' homes.
  • Supervise and mentor Care Assistants.
  • Carry out spot checks, observations, and competency assessments.
  • Support care planning and documentation updates.
  • Communicate effectively with families, professionals, and management.
  • Take part in on-call duties and assist in staff training.
