Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and semi-skilled Builders and Maintenance personnel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction skills and experience, enabling them to contribute effectively to various building projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Perform roofing duties such as installing shingles and ensuring proper waterproofing.
  • Carry out construction painting, ensuring surfaces are prepared and finished to a high standard.
  • Assist with plumbing installations and repairs, including pipe fitting and fixture installation.
  • Engage in masonry work, including bricklaying and stonework for structural integrity.
  • Utilise electrical experience for wiring installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various construction tasks.
  • Participate in fabrication processes for custom building components as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the duration of projects.

Experience

  • Proven experience in the construction industry with a strong background in multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, and electrical work.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools essential for construction tasks.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in all aspects of building work.
