Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Director Of Finance, with the work mainly situated in Buckinghamshire, but with the flexibility for some work from home. The Associate Director Of Finance will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. They will manage financial reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to the leadership team. The role involves supervising the finance team, enhancing financial processes, and working closely with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
  • Experience in financial reporting and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Ability to provide strategic financial guidance to leadership
  • Team management and process enhancement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or other relevant certification preferred
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
