Polyblend are looking for a 
QHSE Manager.

Main Responsibilities

Quality Management (Q)

  • Develop and maintain quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Ensure products/services meet regulatory and customer standards.
  • Lead audits and continuous improvement programs.

Health & Safety (H & S)

  • Implement workplace health and safety policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.
  • Train employees on safe work practices.

Environmental Management (E)

  • Ensure compliance with environmental laws and sustainability practices.
  • Oversee waste management, pollution control, and resource efficiency.
  • Implement ISO 14001 environmental management systems.

Leadership & Compliance

  • Coordinate with department heads to align QHSE strategy with business goals.
  • Promote a strong safety and quality culture throughout the organization.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and certification agencies.

A Degree level Chemicals based education and QHSE experience in a closely related industry such as coatings, inks, liquid masterbatches or similar is essential.

The role is full time based in our manufacturing facility in Widnes , Cheshire.
