The Mulberry Bush is a warm, nurturing nursery where children thrive – and our staff do too We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our friendly team and help us create a positive, playful, and supportive environment for every child.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering high-quality care and supporting children's individual needs
  • Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and your team
  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with young children and leading a room
  • A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, positive attitude and a passion for early childhood education
