Are you ready to lead from the front in one of Bristol's most talked-about nightlife venues? Bridgegate Security is seeking a confident and capable Deputy Head Door Supervisor to help lead our established door team and keep the venue experience safe, professional, and enjoyable for everyone.

We're looking for someone who can step into a key leadership role, support a strong team, and bring consistency, confidence, and high standards to every shift.
