The
Client Outreach Associate
will support critical client transition initiatives during a major strategic transformation. This role focuses on enhancing client engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering seamless communication throughout the transition process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute tailored client communications.
  • Ensure quality control checks throughout the outreach process.
  • Manage client FAQs and engagement trackers.
  • Handle client queries and case management using Salesforce.
  • Produce MI status reports across multiple business functions.
  • Update and maintain the client engagement and transition Playbook.
  • Support training for the Business-As-Usual (BAU) team on transition projects.

Key Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management experience focused on client transition.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
  • Analytical ability to interpret large data sets.
  • Capability to understand and manage complex client agreements.
  • Professional qualifications such as MBA or CFA.
