Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions that support long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers across various channels to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service
  • Promote and sell products/services, ensuring solutions are matched to client requirements
  • Negotiate terms and close sales professionally while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Manage sales accounts to support ongoing partnerships and encourage repeat business
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM and other IT systems
  • Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and meetings to maximise sales opportunities
  • Prioritise tasks effectively and demonstrate strong time-management skills
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance service delivery
  • Communicate product features and benefits clearly and confidently

Experience & Skills

  • Previous customer service or sales experience is desirable
  • Understanding of negotiation techniques and sales processes
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Confident communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • A valid driving licence is an advantage for roles involving client visits

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: From £26,420.00 per year
