  • Temperature Monitoring and Control: Perform scheduled and ad-hoc critical temperature checks across all chilled, frozen, and ambient storage areas, as well as on inbound and outbound distribution vehicles.

  • Compliance Verification: Ensure all processes, documentation, and operational procedures strictly follow internal specifications and external regulatory requirements.

  • Quality Inspections: Conduct routine quality and food safety inspections (e.g., hygiene, pest control, and foreign-body checks) across the warehouse and production areas.

  • Documentation Management: Keep accurate, auditable quality assurance records, including temperature logs, non-conformance reports, and corrective action documentation.

  • Goods-In/Out QA: Perform quality checks on incoming goods (raw materials and finished products) and outgoing customer orders to verify product quality, labelling compliance, and physical condition.

  • Audit Support: Assist the QA Manager during internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and operational evidence are readily available.

The Person

  • Education: A Degree (or equivalent) in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a closely related scientific discipline is essential.

  • Skills: Strong analytical and report-writing skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work methodically under pressure. Proficient in MS Office applications.
