Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Before/After School Manager in Slough. The Before/After School Manager will oversee and manage before and after school programs, ensuring the safety, engagement, and development of all participating children. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, supervising staff, maintaining records, and communicating with parents and school officials. The manager will also be involved in staff recruitment and training, as well as program administration.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Education and Teaching
  • Proficiency in Administration tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and with children
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in education or childcare are preferred
  • First aid and safeguarding qualifications are advantageous
