We are excited to announce an incredible opportunity for an IT Helpdesk Team Leader In this pivotal role, you will lead the IT Helpdesk and Support functions, ensuring that IT incidents are efficiently prioritised and seamlessly escalated to the appropriate sub-teams. Your leadership will drive the effective resolution of issues while addressing their underlying causes, ultimately enhancing our overall IT support quality.
