About the Role

Our Land Rover dealership in Melksham is offering a rare and exciting opportunity to join our team as a Parts Manager.

This role is ideal for an experienced Parts Manager, or for a proven leader seeking a new challenge in a dynamic and prestigious industry.

We're looking for someone who consistently delivers outstanding customer service, demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills, and is driven to progress within both Land Rover and the Dick Lovett Group.

If you have a passion for people, can drive trade sales growth, and are ready to expand our retail parts business, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Opportunity
  • Lead and oversee all Parts Department operations, ensuring the department runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage stock control, including regular stock takes and accurate record keeping.
  • Provide exceptional service to customers both in person and over the phone.
  • Support the Service Department by ensuring all parts requests are handled promptly, accurately, and with clear communication.

Essential Skills
  • Previous experience within a Parts Department , leadership or supervisory experience is essential.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Confident in using multiple systems with strong computer literacy.
  • Proven ability to motivate, support, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
