- Leverage SPT Research's tools, primary research, and third-party data to provide an informed perspective on market dynamics and industry trends.
- Maximise the impact of research through concise, insight-led communication to internal stakeholders, supporting key client and industry initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, external suppliers, and industry peers to strengthen research quality and influence.
- Maintain current expertise in audience measurement and market trends, and foster knowledge sharing and skill development within the EMEA Research function.
*What You Have:*
- Typically 10+ years' experience in a similar role or within the relevant media industry.
Experience leading complex insight projects within Entertainment or Media.
- Deep passion for film and television, with strong knowledge of Hollywood movies, U.S. TV series, and the evolving UK content landscape.
- Extensive experience in audience research, ideally within a studio, broadcaster, or agency environment; well-versed in local market dynamics, viewing behaviours, and industry stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret multiple indicators, derive actionable insight, and communicate findings effectively to internal and external audiences.
- Expert user of linear and streaming audience measurement tools, with advanced proficiency in BARB.
- Proven ability to influence decision-making through evidence-based insight and clear storytelling.
- Strong command of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, and their strategic application to business questions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple research projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
