Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Service Director, based in Milton Keynes. The Soft Service Director will oversee the operations and delivery of soft services, ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent service standards. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, leading teams, and developing training programs to enhance service quality. The role also requires proactive engagement with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial management within a facilities or service environment
  • Proven ability in Training and developing team members
  • Exceptional Team Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Experience in facilities management or related fields is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline is an advantage
